Dear Ketrow Kurtz Travel Patrons,

We understand that the uncertainty surrounding this virus is frustrating, and we want to assure you that we are monitoring the issue carefully. While no one knows exactly how the situation will unfold, we are trying our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner and are asking everyone to please be patient with us. 

 
First and foremost, the safety of our guests is paramount.  Our experience over the decades and through many significant world events has taught us that we have many guests who are intrepid travelers. Considering that, we feel the most guest-focused action is to continue to offer trips as conditions allow. The situation is changing daily, and while it’s not “business as usual” , we are trying to remain nimble with the ever-changing events.

We understand that ultimately the decision to travel or not this season is personal. While we suggest doing things a little differently on your trip (elbow bumps and hand sanitizer instead of hugs and handshakes). You can expect us to adhere to both our usual safety practices as well as the enhanced protocols recommended by authorities to reduce any risk of illness, many of which are probably similar to what you are doing where you live.
